General Conditions of the Gift Card
The PIBU gift card will allow you to make purchases at PIBUCOSMETIC.COM.

The purchase and/or use of the gift card implies full acceptance of the following general conditions:

Acquisition
You can purchase the gift card by purchasing through our online store www.pibucosmetic.com, we will send the gift card, which is equivalent to a code, to the email address you indicate.

Discounts and/or promotional codes may NOT be used in the purchase of the gift card.

Operation
The gift card will be issued for a minimum amount of €50 and a maximum of €500. There is no possibility of reducing or increasing the value, nor is it allowed to refund the amount or redeem it in cash.

This card can only be used in our online store www.pibucosmetic.com.

It can be used in sales, promotions and special offers.

When the purchase is made through our online store, you can redeem the gift card by entering the code at checkout.

It is not allowed to use multiple gift cards in the same purchase.

If the amount of the gift card is less than the amount of the purchase, you can complete it with any other available payment method.

Return
In case of return of the purchase made with the gift card, no cash refunds will be made, but only changes for any other product of the same amount or higher (paying the difference), or a new code can be sent via email with the amount of the return.

In case of return or withdrawal, a new code will be generated that will be sent by email with the amount of the return and discounted the shipping costs.

Validity
The PIBU gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

It is not redeemable or refundable.

Responsibility
PIBU will not be responsible for the fact that the card cannot be used as a payment instrument in case of loss or theft of it.
