Return of an item

The articles offered on PIBUCOSMETIC.COM are endorsed by important international firms and refuted laboratories. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days, from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, as amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19.) To make such a return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original unopened packaging, with the security seal intact and in perfect condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, no item will be paid that does not reach us in perfect condition and with its packaging in optimal condition. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking the condition of it, the amount of the item will be refunded. In any case, the return of defective products and erroneous shipments will be accepted, with PIBUCOSMETIC.COM being responsible for the return costs. Once PIBUCOSMETIC.COM validates the status of the products, the return process will continue and you will receive a refund of the price of the product, discounting the management costs and return shipping, which will be borne by the buyer. This refund will be made in the same payment method that was used in the purchase, and it may take a few days to be reflected in your account.
